By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, including all additional policies on our site. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” relate to Luvas London.
Article 1 – Definitions
- Right of withdrawal: The period during which the consumer may exercise their right to cancel the purchase.
- Consumer: A natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business, who enters into a distance sales contract with the seller.
- Day: Calendar day.
- Durable data carrier: Any tool allowing the consumer to store information personally addressed to them for future reference.
- Seller: The person or company offering products to consumers at a distance.
- Distance sales contract: An agreement concluded using remote communication methods up to and including the conclusion of the contract.
- Remote communication method: A means that allows concluding a contract without physical presence of both parties.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms apply to all offers from the seller and all distance contracts between the seller and the consumer. Before the contract is concluded, the text of these Terms will be made available to the consumer in a durable format.
Article 4 – Products, Offer and Prices
We sell clothing and home items for men and women. Descriptions are accurate but may change without notice. Colours may vary slightly. Prices are in GBP and subject to change. We do not guarantee availability and may limit sales per person or region.
Article 5 – Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed by clicking “Buy Now”. Payments can be made via Creditcard, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Confirmation email is sent automatically, but the contract is only binding after payment is processed.
Article 6 – Delivery
All products are shipped from China. Estimated delivery time is 8–12 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other factors outside our control. Any customs duties or import VAT are the responsibility of the customer.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have 30 days to withdraw from the contract from the day after receiving the product. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned products.
To withdraw, please send an email to info@Luvas-London.com including your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. We will provide the return address. All returns must be sent at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or wrongly delivered.
Article 8 – Exceptions to Withdrawal
The following items cannot be returned: custom-made products, personalized items, and products with hygiene seals if opened. These exceptions will be clearly indicated before purchase.
Article 9 – Consumer Rights (UK)
All products sold in England must comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This means products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Consumers may request a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.
Article 10 – Warranty
We guarantee products comply with their description and applicable legal standards. Damage caused by improper use is not covered. Defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Article 11 – Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Complaints must be submitted by email within 7 days of delivery. We aim to respond within 30 days. For unresolved disputes, consumers may contact an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body.
Article 12 – Data Protection
Your data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR. Data is used for order fulfilment, customer service, and, with explicit consent, marketing purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Article 13 – Changes and Termination
We may change terms or services at any time. Obligations before termination remain in effect.
Article 14 – Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law, as Luvas London is a Dutch company. UK consumer rights still apply for customers in England, ensuring their statutory protections under UK law.
