Please note: we do not offer free returns – all return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the products you received, you may return them within 30 days of delivery, provided that your order meets the following conditions:
- The order must include all parts, items and the original packaging, in the same condition as delivered.
- Only normal use of the product is allowed; any damage caused by misuse will not be accepted.
- Products where hygiene is essential must be properly cleaned before starting the return process.
- Any defects must be reported immediately upon receiving the delivery.
- We reserve the right to charge you for shipping costs.
Returns will be reviewed within 7 working days and – if all conditions are met – officially approved within that time. We reserve the right to reject a return if we suspect that products have been used or damaged for reasons beyond our responsibility.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to start the return process:
- Send an email to: info@Luvas-London.com
- Make sure your message includes:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the product (in case of damage)
- Customer’s full name
- Customer’s address
We will then contact you with the correct return address. Never send your parcel to the sender’s address. You will receive the correct return address from us after registering your return.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions, provided that you are acting as an individual and not on behalf of a business or professional activity.
Conditions of Withdrawal
- You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you (or a third party appointed by you, other than the courier) received the last product of your order.
- Because we use a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after confirmation. It is therefore not possible to stop or cancel the shipment before delivery. A refund is only possible once the products have been returned.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of your decision (e.g. by email to info@Luvas-London.com).
- Withdrawal becomes effective only once we have received the returned products.
- Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping & Delivery
Our products are shipped from Asia, which may result in longer delivery times. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. We kindly ask you to accept the delivery and then request a return if necessary.
To speed up the return process, please provide us with proof of shipment once you have returned the products.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you decide to withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (including any extra costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer).
Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the date we receive both your withdrawal request and the returned products.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise. No extra fees will be charged for the refund.
Important
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, at the customer’s expense.
